Housebox wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and app. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've done

• The site can be navigated with a keyboard, including the menus, and shows a visible outline on the focused item.
• Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG color-contrast requirements.
• Form fields have labels that screen readers announce, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• A "Skip to main content" link lets keyboard and screen-reader users bypass the navigation.
• The site respects your device's reduced-motion setting.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the site as we add new pages and features, and we fix problems as we find them. Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards.
